When your peers and sometimes, your closed ones such as your parents and relatives keep putting down, always hounding about how look, tend go into your shell. never come out of that shell because fear the same taunts being thrown at by others. With time, get comfortable in your shell so comfortable that rather be an unknown face in the crowd.

We are going to pull you out of your shell whether you like it or not. You need to known amongst your family and friends, as the person who is confident. Once you come out of your hiding, you will have to face another battle, not with others, but yourself. Here is what you have to do:

1.     Do Not Compare Yourself with Others

You wish you looked like that girl or in your gym class and the more you want to be him/her, the more you sink into your shell because you realize that you cannot be that person you envy. You need to be YOU! You do not realize that others may envy your hair or smile and if you know those are your best traits, highlight them instead of complaining about what you do not have.

2.     Focus on What You Can Change About Yourself

People who go through the drastic measures such as undergoing the knife do not realize how beautiful they were before all of that surgery. What about the people who get obsessed about plastic surgery?  They ruin their looks. If you want a corrective procedure, go for it. If the procedure is to boost your self-esteem such as getting liposuction, do not go for it. Remember:  You can control your weight! You can change your dressing style! You can change your hairstyle and ! Focus on the things you can change about yourself.

Men and women need to take care of their face, nails, hair, and body. If you do not wash your face often and get outbreaks, purchase the right face wash, cleanser, and cream to take care of the first thing people see when they see you, your face. Go to gym people, work out at home, and eat healthy. There are so many ways to love yourself and we say to choose all!

4.     Surround Yourself with Motivating People

If you surround yourself with people who constantly put you down, the minute you try to get out of the shell, they will shove you back in it. Cut ties with people who constantly tell you that you are ugly or fat or your hair looks like a nest. Instead, surround yourself with people who will help you change and motivate you to lead a healthier lifestyle.

In the end, it is up to you if you want to stay in the shell or break free from it.
