Heathrow boss wants passengers ‘coronavirus tested twice’

The CEO of Heathrow Airport has told Sky News he wants passengers to be tested for COVID-19 twice as it would reduce quarantine periods.

Meanwhile, Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden says more countries could be added to the quarantine list.
