Fear can be of anything be it fear of exam, drugs, change, water, heights, marriage, anything. Motivational factor could be the imagination of life after fear or how your life would be without the fear.

  1. Celebrate yourself

Congratulate yourself for every accomplishment in defeating your fear. Reward yourself if you have completely gotten over it. However, remember that some little fear is healthy to make you work towards something in life. And that there is no instance your life will be free from fear so don’t be too mean on yourself. Be glad that you are really experiencing one for you to move a notch higher.
