The Recent Loss at Western Conference Finals – NBA 2016

It was on Monday, May 31st, when Oklahoma City Thunders met the Golden State Warriors in a massive showdown at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. Unfortunately for Durant and the Thunders, their team lost 96-88 and Durant was seen as the last members of the team to walk of the Oracle Arena floor with his #35 jersey.

For what was once a 3-1 series lead came to a crushing defeat of 7 games, making waves of sheer and raw disappointment, with fans and followers asking Durant to reign from career as soon as possible.  Though the top notch player would love to resign as he himself proclaims it’s just that the basketball world still sees too much in him to let him go just yet.

What’s Next For KD?

Following the defeat by Golden State Warriors, many fans and follower of Durant had one prominent question they were dying to ask, and that was, what’s next? To which KD truthfully answered that he will figure out once he has talked and sat down with the 3 most important people in his life right now, including his dad, best pal and his agent. The reason he gave was that the nightmarish series and defeat has left our pro-basketball player speechless and in too much pain to think straight and needs to know where his mind is right now.

While the 27 year old has time to heal his wounds and get back on track, his childhood friend Charlie Bell and his agent Rich Kleiman of Roc Nation know for sure that all is not over for Durant as he thinks. Many teams, especially the Warriors infatuation about him is a sure prediction that how much valuable a player he is and why Oklahoma City just can’t let go of him so easily.
